📖 For / Since dùng khi nào?
Trong Present Perfect, for và since dùng để nói về khoảng thời gian — hành động bắt đầu trong quá khứ và vẫn tiếp tục đến hiện tại.
- for + khoảng thời gian (bao lâu): for 3 years, for 6 months, for a long time
- since + mốc thời gian (từ khi nào): since 2020, since Monday, since I graduated

🧠 Mẹo nhớ:
- for → “For how long?” (bao lâu?) → khoảng thời gian
